20 minutes is not much, but it can still give you a good idea of the designer’s process.

For example, if they hear they only get 20 minutes, panics and dives straight into the drawing board, you know they don’t work well under pressure.

If they don’t ask for clarifications and try to understand the business requirements, that’s another bad sign.
