Right now, Bernie has about 70% of the support of Independents, he has support from republicans too. So lets just assume that of the 45% of independents who voted with the democratic party in 2011, Hillary has 30% of them. Another 13.5% of the population.

So Hillary has 37.5% of the total vote of the country.

Which could account for her unfavorability rating of 55.6% according to the most recent Huffington Post aggregate poll.
