Connect education with philanthropy-DaDa wins the “Philanthropy Activist” award

Recently, Phoenix New Media hosted “Forever Happiness” public welfare gala in Beijing China. DaDa was the recipient of the “Philanthropy Activist” award. The award handed out by Christina Scott, Minister and Deputy Head of Mission at the British Embassy Beijing.

The award was a nod to DaDa’s philanthropic activities in recent years. DaDa has been supporting underprivileged children and families in rural areas by organizing many first aid training sessions in Bejing, Tianjin and Hebei areas as well as free health checkups in Hunan and Sichuan areas. Former Professional Football player Michael Owen also joined DaDa’s journey to support students in Daliang mountains. Donating school supplies, books, and football equipment.

A representative from DaDa expressed that “as an online education institution, DaDa held social responsibilities as an important goal. With the mission to empower children to achieve more and deliver education via companionship, DaDa is implementing its education model into philanthropic projects and expanding the social impact.
