Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I could connect with this on so many levels. Being a student who indulges in a lot of Procrastination and Social Media activity. I find that I always have to shorten my sleep time to accommodate other student-life activities.

As part of my own learning; I decided to do a mini-study into times where I could avoid using my mobile devices as well as technology in general, in order to “be in the moment”.
