I just wonder: why does it have to be time-based? Why “2 years”? Couldn’t all of the above be satisfied in 1 year, maybe 6 months even if someone is a proactive, enthusiastic type? Or simply gifted in the art of office politics etc? Perhaps “previous work experience in doing x,y,z” would be more helpful?
I understand “2 years” is seen as a useful shorthand. But if you are getting applications from people who don’t meet this anyway, perhaps the answer is to be more specific about what it is you are after, actually. I suppose you could link this post to the job offers :D
