Communities@Medium.com is nestled in that email, but clearly not called out well enough, so I can make sure I put that front and center for folks because we really do want you to use it. As for response times, our office was closed between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, so we were all a bit delayed in responses (but are back at our desks and computers now).

I can definitely get into the nitty gritty of your write up if you’d like (for example, 17 minutes won’t necessarily scare folks away) — and I’m with you on the desire to not use sensational headlines or tags while also wanting to reach a wider audience.
