Have no confidence? Here is how to get it
(From someone who was not the most confident)

Hello to everyone out there reading this. I hope you are having a great morning, and I am glad you came to read this today. Now, before I start rambling, lets get down to business.
I am not the most confident person in the world. I don’t have a chiseled body, the best looks, and I also don’t have the most confident demenor. In fact I am quite passive person. But I have found a way to get some confidence which helps me do better in social situations and sports.
There is only one step in getting confidence and you can repeat it as many times as you like. This step is becoming great at something, or even mastering something. Try to start talking to more people, and you will become good at it eventually. This will give you confidence because you know what you are doing in the situation now.
You can try sports as well. Get really good at a sport and play some games with some other people and show off your talent. Now you have made some friends through sports and your reputation has risen due to your skill.
Or you can start working for that preferable physical form. If you are in good shape, you will already feel more confident because you now believe in yourself in someway(this case being looks).
These are a few examples of this one step process, but it works for almost anything. Academics, the opposite gender, or maybe even just self-assurance. I recomend this step to anyone with confidence issues because you don’t always have to go up front in a confident manner to get the confidence. Sometimes, you just find it within yourself.
