Ame Lynn Deal

Ame Lynn Deal died at the hands of four adults who were supposed to care for and nurture her. But, twelve days before her 11th birthday, she died after a heart-aching amount of abuse. Born in Pennsylvania, after being subjected to abuse by her parents, the family relocated to Arizona, where lived her father, David’s, family.

Ame and her older siblings were left to their own devices by their grandmother, Judith, aunt, Cynthia, cousin, Sammantha, and Cynthia’s son-in-law, John. The Deal family kicked Ame’s mother out, to her own devices, without her children. However, among all the children in the home, and there were a lot, Ame seemed to have been the only one getting abused.

The Deal household was no stranger to being acquainted with law enforcement, so this became familiar territory when Albert Salaiz was called to the home after a 911 call about a child being injured, being the first to arrive at the crime scene on July 12th, 2011.

His first interaction when arriving at the home was with a rottweiler. Out of impulse and the animal’s demeanor and mannerisms, Albert thought his life was on the line, but then all that went away when he saw her. Lying on a carpet in the garage, lay Ame.
