This story has nothing to do with OWL, I just want to talk about REXYZ the man who, as the TERRACASINO post says, REXYZ took everything away.
The general story
1. In October, OWL’s then manager OG first contacted me via Twitter (instead of me contacting them first as OWL said) and told me they were a casino and said they could work with the community.
2. As you can see, it just so happens that we are about to launch the casino project, or what we call 2.0, which includes lottery, casino and other things we want to do like NFT and our own coin burning project. We saw that OWL cooperation might bring the casino to the community faster and burn LUNC, so we postponed the other things and prepared to prepare this thing with full force first, put online the introduction page and set up Twitter (Twitter is a friend’s number this is also our inexperience because we are Macau people Twitter is not very smooth)
3.Before OWL asked us to pay, we were not told that we needed to review the community, but that everything was fine and that we should pay as soon as possible (in fact, at the time we were afraid in our minds that we were being scammed, because working with OWL was not originally our highest priority plan, they were the ones who initiated the contact and had to pay high setup fees for only a small share of the profits).
4.OWL’s manager told us that the partnership was a marketing partnership and did not mention any of their auditing issues or non-compliance with our requirements. And we think this cooperation is safe. So we paid the fee and are ready to roll it out to the community.
5.Yes, we paid the fee and waited for the contract. But OWL unilaterally defaulted on the contract, and their reason was that the compliance audit did not pass. When I confronted them, they informed me that they changed the process and wanted me to contact the LUNC community for them. I knew that the collaboration was on hold.
6.I discussed this with my friend because our tweet had informed the community that we would be bringing a casino and had been met with a lot of questions when we tweeted (similar to many people calling us scammers or LUNCBET), etc. If we don’t launch this 1.0 version as scheduled we will lose the trust of the community. So I personally asked OWL again how can we pass this review?
7.Yes, OWL’s sudden unilateral cancellation of the partnership put us in a bind. Because we always thought it was just a project partnership where we link the casino and then launch and market it and use the profits to burn LUNC and build the community afterwards, we are just a small community within the larger LUNC community. But instead they asked us to find community leaders to send them emails. I personally don’t represent the community because the community is decentralized and there is no one to represent. This put our previous marketing in jeopardy.
8.After that OWL told me that if we convinced the community and got one of the community influencers to vouch for us, we would be able to pass the audit, and it didn’t matter who ran the casino that launched afterwards. And the audit does not require KYC and is anonymous.So I recommended REXYZ, as I had kept in communication with REXYZ a long time ago and informed the idea that we wanted to launch a 1.0 collaborative casino.
9.To get the support of the community, we introduced REXYZ to OWL to help us get through the review and then we would run the co-op casino and carry out the plans afterwards. It took a lot of communication, coordination and marketing preparation to get through OWL’s compliance review and successfully launch our partner version.
I will summarize the story above.
1） It was OWL who first contacted us with an offer to cooperate. And I was previously just a LUNC holder and to build my own verifier and always post good news for LUNC. You can check my Twitter history @LUNCWIN. OWL blatantly slandered me as a scam or LUNCBET stream, which is planting evidence.
2）Before the partnership, OWL did not inform us that we needed to have a community before we could work together, but when everything was ready (we had paid the fee and started the setup), we were unilaterally told that we could not work together saying that it was not compliant and refunded the fee.
3.）OWL’s unilateral breach of contract caused problems with the marketing we promised to the community to launch the 1.0 partner casino. So we are coordinating all parties for this and want to figure out what exactly OWL’s compliance review is and what requirements are needed and work towards that.
The following is about REXYZ and his TCV community
- Since we could not work directly with OWL, we asked how we could be compliant and successfully launch this casino and OWL told us that if we could contact REXYZ and have his team support us, we would be able to pass the audit with flying colors. How we could work privately with REXYZ was not on their radar.
2. I tried to convince REXYZ to help us by telling him the problems we were having (OWL review needed community support) and how to hedge his risk and that we were willing to take all the upfront risk for this just to bring a collaborative casino to the community.
3. REXYZ and I added discord on October 18, not the OWL I solicited in REXYZ’s name.
4. On October 19, we explained to him that we were going to collaborate on a casino and were currently doing some preparatory work. He agreed, asked for more information and invited me to join his TCV community.
3. This was the initial trust I received from REXYZ, who told me he was neutral to the builder and could help in any way he could. So that built my trust in him and when I had a problem, I went to him first.
4. November 4, due to the OWL audit problem, the first time to communicate with REXYZ, hope he can provide help. I also told him about the problems we are currently experiencing with OWL, and I hope he can help.
5. Yes, to give REXYZ a clearer understanding of what he can help with, we set up a group with OWL’s BD manager, which explained to REXYZ in detail the problems we encountered and how we could get through and operate with his help.
6.OWL’s BD told us how to better pass the audit in order to go online successfully.
7. We promise that if REYXZ can help, we will run the partner casino together and we will pay all expenses and assume all risks. When the casino is profitable, the profits will be distributed to the TCV community and REYXZ recognizes this and agrees to help us.
8. Then we helped REXYZ to match the OWL and enter the review. I was not on that review panel due to unnecessary hassle.
10. After that REXYZ joined the chat group. and promised to inform me of the next steps when approved and to keep our commitment to work together.
11.Yes. 2 days later I asked BD at OWL and he told me REXYZ would run it. I then went to ask REXYZ and he stated he could not support me and stood on moral ground to discredit me and when I repeatedly asked him why he kicked us out, he ended the conversation.
12.Afterwards the TCV community and REXYZ himself tweeted heavily that they were bringing a casino. You can refer to the timeline of their tweets for details.
What happened afterwards as you can see, TCV, REXYZ and OWL teamed up and abandoned what I and my team had been fighting so hard for. And they joined forces with OWL to label me a “liar”.
I would like to ask rhetorically what I have cheated and if anyone has suffered monetary loss. We are just trying to give the community a faster casino.
OWL was unable to reach out to the community and they reached out to REXYZ through me, and I worked harder to help them reach out to community influencers.
Our team’s original intention was to bring something better to the community through our own efforts, there is no cheating in that, I think it takes every little person to make the LUNC community strong.
A few notes.
1. Regarding the lie that I cheated to be from the TR community: Yes, I did say I was from the TR community because TR was the first community I joined, but I didn’t say I was the leadership or leader of TR, I just told them I joined the TR community.
2. about planting lies that I am LUNCBET: I did not do any deception, including people can go check our Twitter, I have been promoting LUNC positively and for some people who do not know the community. No tokens have been issued and no fundraising has been done.
In response to OWL’s plant that we will issue tokens for scamming, please look at the chat carefully. We are just saying that after we launch the casino, we will have other ecologies including NFT, DEFI, etc. and of course our own tokens if the opportunity is right.
3. I’m just an ordinary coin holder in the LUNC community, I didn’t need to come to participate in the construction and communicate anything for my friends, I just want to use my spare time why to do a little something, and it’s all free. I own my own technology company in reality, and doing things for the community and tweeting is just my hobby.
4. I was contacted by OWL first, not by me. They got me interested in the whole thing first, and when we were all set, then told us they couldn’t work with us. After that they wanted me to help them contact influencers, and all of this put me in an awkward position in the middle.
A few thoughts on OWL
1. Why they said they can’t work together again after I paid, my opinion is that they changed the review rule when they found out I am just a small team and can’t bring more traffic to them. Yes, they didn’t inform me of this information when they tried to contact me, their BD just told me that they see my tweets doing well and want to work with me. They need community traffic not really building on TERRA Classic.
2. So this is why we feel that OWL’s partner casino is our 1.0 casino, because he is just linking wallets and is a centralized casino and not decentralized. All the fairness is only built on their backend and not on smart contracts.
Thoughts on REXYZ
1. This guy always pretends to be a good guy, neutral community servant but he and his TCV are a small interest group.
2. REXYZ and I established contact early on (he actively added me in the then TR community in October) and had a lot of communication on discord, and he wanted me to help him with other things, such as buying his so-called souvenirs and helping OG build his lottery.
3. we lost out this time because we are the underdogs. Yes, REXYZ stole all the cooperation and 2 months of our efforts and then launched his own version of TCV.
Many people asked me what exactly was stolen? And asked me to show proof. Yes, what REXYZ stole was our trust in him, already our confidence and effort in what we wanted to build, and his commitment to us.
We are a team from Macau and our English is not good, so there may be some comprehension issues in narrating the story through English. We try to write the whole process so that you can understand the whole thing.
Finally, we hope the community will be better and we will bring more cooperation or buildings to the community through what we can do.
Yes, I myself am just a holder and believer of the LUNC community, my power is small, but if every small person in the LUNC community can work for the development of the community, I think our community will be stronger.
We need to weed out thieves like REXYZ who use their influence to pick off other little people who work hard for the community to get results.
