Mariners GameDay — Aug. 29 at Baltimore

Rally killer Seager should be moved down (or out of) the lineup. Every time he gets on base, it’s a relief, and the Mariners have a chance. However, if he shows up during a rally, he invariably kills it with his blind, Babe Ruthian swing. It’s really getting disgusting. Can he get some help from Edgar, or someone, to level off his swing a little so that he has a chance for a hit; or, at least, perhaps keep his eyes open while he swings? Why can others, like Zunino, work on his swing to make some contact, while Seager just goes on and one with a ridiculous 70 degree prayer for the fences every time? PS: The Mariners won the only two games Seager sat on the bench — this was no accident.
