I did a cleanse of Facebook and Instagram and never looked back. Like any habit you want to kick, it’s tough in the beginning and then you realize about 7–10 days later what a fool you were for ever getting sucked into it.

My theory is: If you have to brag/post/comment/share how amazing/awesome/incredible your life is to everyone else, you’re clearly not living it and, therefore, it’s for show.
