Hackathon journal — Ready to start
Today is the first day of Wix Hackathon 2019 and I’m very excited about it.
Last week I posted some tips for winning the hackathon, In the next few days, I will post daily summaries to my hackathon Journal.
Before we start I invite you to get to know our project and team.
The Project
We intend to re-write 2 internal Wix systems: One that edits the production service configuration and one that deploys services to production.
We currently name it Production Management System (TODO: find a name).
Both systems were written in Wix by backend and system engineers and are not very friendly.
We will write these system using Corvid by Wix. We think it will give us the ability to write the entire system in just 3 hackathon days.

A great team, ready to tackle this huge effort.
