I filled a notebook full of lucid dreams. It took almost 6 months.

I learned a lot about the underpinnings of my subconscious mind, and about wakeful awareness in a sleepful state.

Despite the prevalence of new scientific data proving that lucidity is an attainable state in the sleeping brain, I’ve met some skeptics whose lack of direct experience leads them to conclude that it must be bullshit. Maybe this is a response to that.
