ASKING FOR RECOMMENDATION
So how do you find these people and ask them to recommend you?
I get asked this question a lot.
The answer?
Very simply — leverage your best relationships in tech.
First, understand that we are always one or two relationships away from anyone we need to reach. If you can’t find that person, which is rare, then look for someone who knows someone who knows that person.
Then get their contact, email, and phone number and shoot your shot strategically. Of course, you want to come from a place of value.
Dear Recommender,
I hope you’re well.

Let's get into frequent questions i am always asked
Question 1
Could you tell me if the three mandatory recommendation letters must be from UK-based organizations?
Answer
No, it’s not a must that the three recommendations come from UK-based organizations. It could be from C-Suite executives of tech organizations in your home country.
Question 2
Does the recommendation have to come from the individual or from the company?

Question 3
Can someone who entered the UK through the care visa route switch to the global talent visa?
Answer
