In fact, the vast majority of people are not aware that they are drifting towards motivationless nothingness.

Everyone wants to live a good life, own more wealth and property, some want respect, some want to have a label, and some want to achieve their dreams as soon as possible.
We all want something. This is the first thing we have to accept.

I would like to tell you an example that I experienced just yesterday. A very simple example that everyone will understand. It takes motivation to even cook a meal well, and I’m sure most of you will agree with this. While I was thinking about what to cook today, I was thinking of cooking the standardized dishes of the place I live in. When I realized that I wasn’t enthusiastic at all, I stopped and thought for a while. Later, when I realized that I wasn’t very keen on standard flavors, I thought why not try something that would excite me. I think this was a great decision. Since I love Italian recipes, I decided to make Italian pasta with vegetables. I struggled for two hours, but I gained motivation because I enjoyed it so much. Now it’s time for the tasting part, it was really delicious. Even though it took some time, I enjoyed both making and eating it. In other words, the concept of motivation is a point that affects our quality of life even in small details.

This also applies to the business we work in. If we are not satisfied with the salary and respect we receive, we need to stop and think. We need to take steps. But this is not something that will happen without taking time. You really need to spend your time productively and be motivated.
