Join amazing speakers virtually on Saturday morning (PST time) to learn how to empower and inspire your team to think outside the box and serve the community around you. Then, kickstart the experience with a 30-day competition.

What’s the Workshop About?
The workshop will take place virtually on Saturday April 15th 7AM — 9PM (PST). (NOTE: I previously posted the date was April 8th, forgetting it was Easter weekend)
There you’ll join other innovators, leaders, and entrepreneurs to understand what it is to truly create and innovate in order to serve your team, organization, and community.
Get out your colored pencils, sketch pad, graph paper, or GPU, because this is a workshop that will leave you and your team feeling giddy to step outside your comfort zone and truly take your business to the next level.
Speakers will be presenting on how to best facilitate growth, creativity, ingenuity, and innovation to spur your organization to greatness.
What About the Competition? Is it Mandatory?
Nope, you can just attend the workshop, call it a day, and be on your way.
The competition is designed to encourage teams to think outside the box. The Innovation Adventure competition will begin once the workshop ends, and close on May 15th, 2023. Each team’s innovation will be judged based on the following:
- Creativity or uniqueness of the innovation
- Impact on the organization
- Impact on the community/customers/clients
- Opportunities for growth
Doesn’t matter what industry you’re in — tech, art, taxes. This would be a time to get your organization to stand out.
The winner will get featured in a Damn Good Tech blog post.
How Do I Sign Up?
Want to join in the Adventure? Great! There are 2 ways you can register for the event:
- As a participant, where you have have the option to compete.
- As a speaker, where you have the option to either compete or judge (or neither)

You will have the option of indicating you want to participate in the competition, too…no pressure to decide right away, and you can always change your mind later.

As a speaker you’ll also have the option of judging teams. You can also compete as a team, but in that case, you wouldn’t be able to help judge.
And please note I unfortunately cannot compensate you monetarily for the talk. However, you’re more than welcome to promote your brand as you provide value to the participants.
What’s Next?
After you sign up, you’ll get an email a couple of days before the event with a link to the event, including password.
On April 15th, get comfortable, grab some food if you desire, and join your organization along with others on Saturday morning, 7AM-9AM PST time for a morning of innovation and creative spirit.
