I Read This At Courage’s Memorial Today
This has been the hardest week of our life. I cannot describe the anguish and despair that wells up in my soul over loosing our beautiful Courage. Yet the Lord aseneds a peace and grace upon me that passes all understanding. Below is what I read at the memorial today.
When I think of Courage, I think about the endless depths of love that we have for him.
I think about the heavenly joy he brought into our lives and the continual giggling that happened throughout our day. With two older brothers homeschooling, we got to spend every waking moment with our precious Courage.
I think about Courage and I worship my loving God.
I am so THANKFUL that God gave me my beautiful treasure, my precious gift, Courage.
Ephesians 3: 17 -19 That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height- To know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with the fullness of God.
I keep my eyes on Jesus in the midst of this deep suffering because my God is good and He LOVES me.
