What is Sidera?

Sidera is a complete end-to-end solution for contactless and smartwatch retail point-of- sale (POS) including a full-stack reference implementation of all the components.

It includes a mobile application and point-of-sale (POS) terminals that are already in deployment. All of these components will be made widely available through open source and open specifications.

By releasing the full-stack reference implementations as open source and open specifications, we can enable ubiquitous worldwide distribution of the Sidera protocols and ensure the rapid expansion of the value of the Sidera Network.

Features of smartbit devise

• It has a built-in software that allows users to receive Bitcoin or any other token directly on the wrist generating new address.
• The new address can be displayed as a QR code for fast operation.
• The user can choose if to share the code to contacts or display it directly.
• The user can send Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency in different ways.
• Proximity wrist-to-wrist sending/receiving allows smartwatch to interact with other smartbit devices within a specified range.
• For maximum security, private key is stored in the device sandbox. This is an ultra-secure partition fully encrypted in military grade AES-2048, non-reachable by anyone.
• Ghost mode is an added special function that can completely hide the hardware wallet and all crypto-related functions from the smartwatch.
• Multi-layer security is a feature that connects the companion app with the device. The companion app handles the connection task to link the wallet to the blockchain. The address is displayed on the smartwatch, but an on-screen PIN confirmation is required before the money is sent.
