couple points:
- Meat doesn’t make you fat. Not even rich meat. What typically messes people up in a high-meat diet is all the bread and other starches and the sugars that often go along with the meat. Think bun for a burger, ketchup on a hot dog (not quite as bad but not awesome), etc. Meat is so nutrient-dense and there are so few (pretty much no) antinutrients in a serving of meat to get in the way of nutrient absorption that it’s stupid to rule it out as a regular food. Everyone who thinks meat is bad for us is basing their opinions on junk science.
- Sausage and bacon are not “food product born in a lab”. They’re traditional foods and can be made in a normal kitchen without highly specialized equipment. And if you make your sausage with organ meats, especially liver, you *could* get by on mostly sausage and bacon. Might want to hit up some strawberries for vitamin C, and learn how to make bone broth.
Also I would expect anyone to not be satisfied with a salad unless they also added meat and olive oil (in the dressing) to it. Salad does not suffice to meet nutritional needs. Sorry.
