Slow, Smooth, Fast, Effective
Kris Niles

Music and martial arts practice have both taught me that being effective starts slow. Now it’s finally starting to sink in for me as I’m making software.

First: slowly and deliberately. If that goes smoothly, then you can try increasing speed.

I’ll try to keep “Slow Smooth Fast Effective” in mind as a counter to the background noise that’s telling me rush ahead because time is running out.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
