The “3 arrows” framework keeps coming up for me — the fact that the activation force requires a resisting force to push against and from that a reconciling force can emerge and move us to a higher plane of solution.
Just like that resisting force can be internal to an individual, I realise from your words here that it can be internal to a group as well.
I wonder what the main resistance in IO is — fear of change? Concern about instability? Hesitance about stepping into the unknown? And how can we continually reconcile and move above that to a new place of working happily and confidently together?
