Daneel Assistant OÜ is a company based in Estonia and our teams are mainly located in France….so why?

As mentioned by Richard J. Witismann (Lawyer and Ambassador of Estonian e-residency) in his article, the Estonian government is one of the few governments in the world to have created a legal framework for cryptocurrency and companies in the field of cryptocurrency. This protects Daneel from future legal or accounting problems. For instance, in France, no legal and accounting framework has been adopted, while Estonia offers high quality regulators to help and actively support blockchain companies.

Thanks to the e-residency system, Joseph Bedminster took the decision to create Daneel in Estonia : Daneel’s team is based in France and Daneel OÜ is Registered in Tallinn.

The favorable tax policy and the low cost of starting a business in Estonia are two important advantages of this solution that will help us run a lean business and hit important milestones quicker.
