Event report: Blockchain Expo Amsterdam 2018

Co-organized by Blockchain Expo, IoT Tech Expo and AI Expo, the event welcomed more than 300 innovative blockchain companies from blockchain, IoT tech, and AI sectors. No less than 8,000 visitors visited the RAI Center over the two days of the exhibition. We explored how these three technologies converge and what the possibilities are in the future. Amsterdam is a destination of choice when it comes to Blockchain. We can already say that we will exhibit next year, as the event offers a perfect opportunity to present our AI solution for crypto investors.

During the show, we had the opportunity to meet Blockchain and AI companies, including:

• IBM Blockchain: of course we had to say “Hi” to our partners. They are currently working on many Blockchain integration projects in different sectors. It would seem that the Blockchain innovations affect more and more sectors, as new applications of the technology are found every day!
• Effect AI: no, they are not competitors! Actually, we are very complementary. Effect AI proposes a scalable workforce that annotates and enhances data through human intelligence, making it suitable for machine learning. That’s exactly what daneel might need. (For those who voted on Cryptoverze, we are now 2nd!).
• Bottos: they created a decentralized platform for the data exchange between AI companies and data providers. This could also feed into Daneel!
• DeepBrain: In addition to offering cloud computing for manufacturers, Deepbrain is also developing the deep human-Machine AI dialogue ability.
• Ubex: it is offering to combine AI with marketing via a decentralized exchange platform between advertisers and an advertising network without any intermediaries. They just joined NVIDIA Inception Program, which is “designed to nurture startups revolutionizing industries with advancements in AI and data sciences.” We could easily imagine become advertiser on that kind of network, which fits our brand image and values!

We have also met up with some new exchanges, and of course, had several fruitful conversations about getting DAN listed on new exchanges in the near future. We will keep you posted on our networks:
