Not all habits are created equal

For the last several years, I’ve kept a list of customized habits I try to practice each day. They’ve evolved over time and I regularly update them.
It’s important to note that the list is not so much an effort at self- improvement. It’s more about becoming a new sort of person.

When I began, I basically had one habit on my list: Floss my teeth. Every day. No matter what.
