Everyone should be a CEO of something.
Everyone should be a CEO of something. At least once in his life.
Everyone should have the experience of being a leader of an organization, a coach, a teacher, a lead designer, a lead developer, a restaurant owner, a prime minister. A doctor, a party organiser, a mother, a father.
When you have one of these experiences, the way you see someone in that role changes dramatically. You change perspective. You understand better their decisions, their errors, and you become more tolerant. You stop complaining so much.
In an utopian world, everyone would experience every influential role in his environment; at least once. Everyone would be a CEO of everything.
