I love how you incorporated your career as a bartender into your process throughout this whole project. I feel that the best results come from personal connection with the subject matter and you really took that to a new level. Not only was it interesting but it worked — they were delicious!

The only thing that I wish is that they looked a little better visually? I know today you told us that you were having issues with your pans and that they baked in strange ways but this was the only thing that was lacking for me.

I keep thinking what if you had a special restaurant/bar where you sold these… there are so many possibilities you could go with as far as different recipes using different kinds of alcohol. I think it would actually be really popular!
