I really like your fearlessness with the ingredients and flavors you were thinking about while coming up with this project. You made a lot of of decisions that were very risky and honestly I was really scared to try your final cookie because I did not think green tea and avocado would taste good together but it was pretty good!

I wish that they were a little more visually appealing. I feel like they look a little funny because they are green yet not quite green… Maybe if you added more green dye they would look better?

I am wondering after reading this post what the other cookies would have tasted like… I was so amazed by the strange combination you brought to class that now I am wondering how these other cookies you were trying would have tasted.
