What I really liked about your project and your presentation is when you mentioned going to your grandma’s house and how you just looked in her pantry — I feel like the casual and convenient ingredients are a very nice quality of this project but you really worked out the flavors that went well together and I really admire that.

I wish that I could try other cookies with the cornflake flavor! I feel like this cookie added with blueberries or strawberries along with cornflakes would also taste really good.

What if you made these in pancake form? I know this was a cookie project, but for some reason I keep imagining this ‘lingonberry breakfast’ concept in other breakfast food forms such as muffins, pancakes, bread etc. I think it would be a fun experiment to try!
