In meaning of change a destructive habit to say myself “You can’t do this” and before feel desperate about resolve problems. i found something that the humans made every day to learn something and this The repetition.

The problem is that we believe that the repetition its by default related to habits or the routine, but the problem is in our beliefs if you had a belief it’s because you say in your mind every time, for example: when you were a child you probably believe in your parents when they said don’t talk to strangers.

Child’s don’t talk to strangers!!

why? because they tell you many times this sentence and you believe in that by default, the problem is when you are young and you are trying to get a job interact with people in the university etc.. but the problem it’s not this belief, the problem is because the same patron its used by your brain any time and program your mint creating beliefs according to your experiences, people round enviroment etc..

And finally what is the solution to beliefs of the past around you?

  1. Identify your beliefs by questioning them

this is the most important step, you need to recalculate or update the map of your mind questioning but firs feel your feelings when in your daily life other people interact you, because probably something that other people say around you are beliefs that you don’t share, if you recognize this feelings you can use this feeling to questioning you things in you life.

2. write the new belief that you can program or believe in your mind

the exercise is simple: write in a book every day firs identifying what kind or belief are limiting you then write for example:

I believe that i’m not worth it

Write in your book: When I believe that I am worthless, I remember that I am a unique and special person and that I have many capacities that I must exploit.

first note that the initial phrase is When I believe that i’m worthless, this is important because you are saying to your mind when i am entering in the victim or in this old belief or conflict stop to believe this and then believe this new belief

3. Repeat, repeat and repeat

write and write and write this sentences every day and i recommend to write them in a physical notebook.
