Hi Tim Resudek, it does appear that way! However a couple of the examples above did yield positive long term results, Instagram and Youtube. A month after Instagram’s redesign, their average star rating was up from 3.1 to 3.5 stars with users saying positive things about their new look, and Youtube had a similar experience over 3 months :-)
