7 Tools for Your Pinterest Quotes

If you are on Pinterest for some time, you probably know that quotes are one of the most popular categories http://www.pinterest.com/all/quotes/

Almost every pinner has a board with inspirational and motivational words of wisdom.

You can also create images and quote the experts in your industry or find motivational quotes and create images for your Pinterest account.

But what should you use to create such beautiful quote images?

There are a lot of tools that can help you create inspirational and motivational quotes for your followers. Take a look at the list of 7 tools below that will help you create quotes your followers will like and repin.

1. PicMonkey

  • You can use your own photo or you can create a photo.
  • You can upload your image from your computer, Dropbox, Facebook or Flickr and then edit it.
  • You can select canvas color and add text, overlays, frames, textures or themes.

PicMonkey recently started allowing people to use their own fonts.

It is free, but you can upgrade to Royale membership for $4.99/month or $33/year. You can get a free Royale week if you subscribe and send a link to some of your friends.

2. Canva

Canva offers templates, some of which are sized especially for social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+).

They offer an email newsletter with weekly tutorials with step by step instructions.

Canva also has a great YouTube channel with lots of short tutorial videos.

Most of Canva’s images are free, but some images cost $1.

3. Pinstamatic

You can choose a style by clicking on one of the icons, and then add text.

By clicking ‘Pin’ you can pin it directly to Pinterest.

And then you can click the edit button if you want to link it to your website or blog.

4. Recite This

The website says: “Turn a quote into a masterpiece.”

How long will that take? 3 steps:

  • Typing the quote in the text box,
  • Choosing one of their templates,
  • Clicking the Create button.

Masterpiece ready! What do you think?

You can share your quote on:

  • Tumblr,
  • Pinterest,
  • StumbleUpon,
  • Facebook or
  • Twitter.

Or you can download it as an image.

There is also an option that lets you find quotes on the spot and choose from various categories:

It’s very easy to create quotes with ShareAsImage.

Actually, it takes just a couple of clicks.

  • You can select from amazing photos and patterns.
  • You can upload backgrounds.
  • There are over 30 fonts to choose from.
  • You can use their awesome filters which include: black & white, blur, sepia, sunrise and more.
  • You can type in your own text or copy and paste text. You can also add your logo.
  • You can take a look at over 350,000 images already created on the website.
  • And once you create your image, you can share it directly to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or Google+.
  • It can also be used to allow others to share images from your website.

ShareAsImage is free, but there is also a Pro version for $8 a month. With the paid version, you get additional features and you can save your images on the site.

6. Quozio

You choose one of the templates, add some text and this is what you get:

It’s free and there is no need for signing up.

But if you create an account, you can save your favorite quotes.

7. Chisel

  • You can take a look at examples before you start creating.
  • You can add text, stamps or photos. Or you can search by keywords.
