sorry if this question is already asked. But if we are eating 2–3 meals can the total carb count per meal be higher then usual? So if I keep my meal carbs around 45 can they be higher since I am kinda eating more to feel more full? or are you saying with a higher fat diet i wont generally have to eat more?
As well is drinking water/tea/ or other non carb drinks in between meals ok for what you are suggesting?
