The GOAT question is weird. He went from an obviously top 20 and probable top 10, to suddenly in the middle of the 2017 season jumping to being a 50/50 argument for either top 1 or top 2. We’re all arguing about if he’s passed MJ without asking if he’s passed Kareem (which I sure don’t think he has), or if he’s passed Bird and Magic (which depends on how much you punish them for lack of longetivity), or even if he’s passed Tim Duncan’s career success and sustained greatness yet.
