I find the placement of the “Help” section interesting given you cite it as a primary reason for sending the update in the first place; and optimise your first paragraph for those who only scan the first few sentences.
Any reason you don’t put this much higher up?
To be able to help you usually need context. And I think good investors ought to be able to read the whole text. But — I do recommend including a short “ask” in the Exec Summary so you see it at first glance.
