Before The Employees Show Up (BTESU) is an acronym I use all of the time in my Podcast series and what I live by to be efficient and get things done before the employees show up.

If you are an owner you know that once the employees show up shit hits the fan. You are hit in the face with problem after problem from open until close, making it hard to stay on task unless you turn off your phone and leave the store.

What I focus on is getting my task list complete BTESU, Before The Employees Show Up. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish 2–3 hours before employees show up each morning.
