I’ve always enjoyed strong bitter flavours – Marmite, Guinness, and in relation to this article, dark roasted coffee. And I’ve always considered myself a bit of a coffee snob – I currently have four different types of beans in my cupboard. So I’m really shocked (and enlightened) by this article. I do notice a difference in taste between the dark coffee beans, but I will be definitely be buying some light roasted to see if the difference is more profound. Thanks for writing, was really interesting.
