🎉 Project Zero is making significant strides in sustainable and efficient housing.

Project Zero Overview:

Project Zero is a pilot initiative that aims to optimize workforce housing delivery using modern modular construction techniques.

The project emphasizes LEAN/Six Sigma manufacturing methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Modules are constructed in a climate-controlled factory, fully finished, and then transported to the site.

Crane installation and subsequent site work complete the process.

Key Goals and Beliefs:

Project Zero recognizes the need to rethink traditional construction methods to meet housing demand.

It also emphasizes the importance of community health by allowing critical service providers to live where they work.

Mission and Approach:

The mission is to create well-located and affordable workforce housing.

By partnering with cities, stakeholders, and local employers, Project Zero accelerates infill redevelopment for the “missing middle.”

Leveraging modular construction and efficient design, they prioritize affordability while ensuring a positive human experience.

Next Steps:

Excitingly, the project will soon welcome its first residents!

Project Zero’s success may pave the way for similar developments nationwide.
