Great call on Kobe & Wade playmaking 2-guard playing best with complimentary guards. That’s one of the reasons Gary Payton & Steve Nash both floundered playing alongside Kobe and why Dragic never fit alongside Wade (White Chocolate was in decline so it was easier to get him to play off the ball more).

Also reminded me how hard it was to find a complimentary guard to play alongside Iverson, especially since he was also smaller than most PGs. They had Jerry Stackhouse and Larry Hughes, but they needed the ball too. Eric Snow had the defensive versatility to fit alongside Iverson but not the shooting. Aaron McKie was actually my favorite backcourt mate, but he often played the 3 in 3-guard lineups.
