I could see Toronto go one of 2 ways this summer.

  • Either they sign-and-trade Lowry because he is 31 and most likely at the tail end of his prime. Like Bill Simmons said, PG is the deepest position in the league so they could go forward with Cory Joseph and a young PG they can develop.
  • Or they resign Lowry and try to trade Jonas. Ibaka would be a better defensive & pace-and-space center anyways.
