I would love to ask Danny Ainge what he thinks the actual talent gap is between Paul George, Jimmy Butler & Gordon Hayward.

Silly example but Paul George has an NBA 2K2017 rating of 89, Jimmy Butler is an 88, Hayward is an 84. Hayward doesn’t have the reputation as being an elite defender, but he’s a better shooter than Butler and his stats this season are nearly identical to George’s.
