In his last 2 teams, Lebron has assembled top heavy rosters with aging role players that can only play one end of the court. GM Lebron was responsible for overpaying to keep JR Smith (a Rich Paul client) and although Tristan Thompson has been a valuable piece pre-Finals, his price tag has made roster flexibility virtually impossible.

Lakers is intriguing but I don’t trust Lebron looking at the long game with the Lakers roster. Paul George is a great potential sidekick in his prime, but he would need to look at the Lakers young core, decide which ones he wants to run with, and not mortgage the future away for short-term gain.
