Why Are All The Social Media Influencers In The USA ?

This recently came to my attention because I am on a mission to become as influential as I can.
I want to be one of the top 10 guys at the top.
I am complemented everyday for giving so much back, I am asked questions on how do this, or that and how can I do it the same as you?
I get thank you messages and I am listened and watched by all of my followers with great interest.
The reason I’ve been doing so good lately is that I’ve been modelling off a few of my mentors.
Influencers that I look up to.
I have even wrote a list of them all, that have helped me along the way on my journey without them even knowing they did.
I’ve wrote this down for another reason also, because I want to meet each of them, shake their hand and thank them for changing my life for the better.

What I’ve noticed is, that each and everyone of these influencers is from the United States of America.
This is why I started asking the question,
“Why are all the top people from the USA”.
Isn’t it strange that, being from Europe, I can only think of one influencer over here from England called Chris Ducker, one of Pat’s friends.
I can’t even think of any from Ireland off the top of my head.
Then I started to think about it carefully, and started to understand why there are no big names over here.
It’s because America is the land of opportunity, hope and freedom. Successful people are put on a pedestal and cheered, loved and even obsessed.
They are celebrated.
Over here in Europe we frown, look down upon, say things like, they have too much, I should have what they have, blah blah blah.
Recently, in Italy an English female model got kidnapped, drugged, put into the boot of a car and taken from where she was.
Thankfully she survived and escaped. She stayed in Italy for a few days to recovery from her ordeal. Reporters wrote all kind of things about her, about what happened to her, how she got away and how she was staying in a fancy hotel to recover.
She got so much hate and anger for surviving, people didn’t believe her story or that it was that bad she stayed in Italy recovering. She even went on television after she got back to England to explain herself.
That’s the way we treat success over here in Europe.
This girl survived an awful thing, only to be hated and frowned upon.
We seem to relish in failure and celebrate it, even being the lowest of the low can make you famous and loved.
But even if you survive all that and become successful people in Europe, some people will always hate.
It’s a well known fact, that here in Ireland that there are people here, that hate the biggest and best band in the world, U2. All because they think that they are too big for their boots. Bono talks shit, the Edge is a mute, who are the other two?
There you go again, an example of how we treat success.
I started to follow a local singer from my town Killarney, on Facebook recently. She is a woman in her mid years, a great singer of melody and old Irish tunes. When she sings, she visits beautiful local locations.
Her Facebook page has been blown out of the water, she gained over 60,000 followers in a short space of time because she is so good.
Over the last 12 months, there has been little or no mention of her in the local papers.
The one that did have her on, was only a small little corner at the back page.
Local spite and jealousy, I think.
“No, we can’t let her get too big for her boots”, they’re probably saying.
This is the shit going on here.
But in America, the land of the free and brave, people seem to look up to success, they strive for it and celebrate it.
That is why there are so many influencers in the United States of America and not anywhere else, especially Europe.
P.S. Don’t get me wrong, Europe is an awesome place, I love it so much. There are such wonderful and beautiful people here also.
Hope you enjoyed my post.
