Socialites Versus World-Breaking…
Is technology the best thing in the world? Is a constantly changing and progressive object a good thing?? Can this impact of technology on humans cause any issues??? Is technology the best thing in the world????

Technology may not be the greatest gift from God. Technology has positives, stating it is an amazing piece of creation, yet it has many flaws that have defeated the purpose of it. The most important gift given is the gift of human company. This gift allows a person to progress and grow with the support of those around them. The large world of reality and the social world makes communication easier. The divided world shows this conflict with technology. This video identifies key points and issues within the world and also the world being divided into two sections; one with technology and one without technology.
The statistics contained within this video may be older and not as update, yet they are still extremely startiling. This conveys an issue within society that is overseen and never addressed. The world is divided into three sections of development; first, second and third. The first world countries overflow and have excess technology usage, whereas third world countries don’t have any, if not minimal usage. America is a leading technology user, yet lots of people don’t use technology to their potential. India has not as much technology usage, yet from the video, we can see that most Indian’s population who use this tech, use it for their potential. The potential for humans to interact and communicate have broadened globally.
The wide communicative world that has expanded has assisted in way we can make our lives easier, yet there are several issues that relate to the rapid changes within technology. First, age is an important factor. The majority of every country’s population is now older, or the baby boomer generation. This means the technology that is still developing is becoming more advanced, and makes it more difficult to use. For me personal, my mum struggles to use an iPhone, and she is 50. The world is becoming more intertwined within tech, that they forget about a majority of the population. At McDonalds, they aimed to make an app for the coffee cards to be ‘stamped’ but half the customers don’t even have the technology for this to happen and progress. This continuous advancement of technology demonstrates the flaw of a continually advancing technology within a world of reality.
Not only is age an issue, but also how we, as individuals, were raised. I was raised with the television being used quite often, but one of my friends was raised by reading books all the time. As mentioned in the last blog, someone was allowing their 3 year old niece to use technology, connected to wi-fi. Is there a limit of technology use?
To reitterate, is technology the best thing in the world? In all honesty, it depends on your opinion towards the general issue. Technology will continually advance, but can a continually changing object change every? Ponder about the wide ideas…
