You Want to Lose Weight? Grow Up!

This morning I had a discussion on the dangers of excess sugar with my teenage daughter and I think I got through to her that our bodies can’t handle too much sugar and that any excess is stored in the body as fat.

I explained to her that we should limit the amount of sugar (yes that includes all carbs) and that we should select the best sources for the sugar we do consume it.
