We splurged a little this week on the lamb… But eating well on a budget is the best of both worlds! It is important to remember that your body needs a variety of nutrients from as many sources as possible. Try to mix up your groceries every week. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut on a budget, eating chicken day in and day out—for us it’s chicken. Every once and a while, treat yourself to something you enjoy that you don’t get very often anymore.
