An Interview With a Co-Worker Who Won $3 Million in the New York Lottery
Amanda Green

“I know I’ve gotta win big one time.” — Said every gambler, ever. This man clearly has a gambling addiction, maybe not a complete destructive one but it sounds like the fact that he had a second job before winning and on a regular basis was gambling clearly indicates as such (same with the quote about “sometimes losing when I gamble” as being a vice also clearly shows a strong denial of the fact).

“If you don’t have a will and something happens to you the next day, that lottery money goes to the city.” — And this seems really weird. Normally things like this revert to the estate, not to the State (but maybe that is how they wrote the lotto terms)
