People are frustrated with the talk about passion. The same way people are confused by the talk about finding a soul mate. Nick Reese, one of my heroes pointed out that if you are not following your passion, you are not broken. I agree 1000%. But you will be empty, you will be narrow, you will live life disgusted and a victim. Churchill Winston said that: we are the master of our fate, the captains of our soul.

Those who live by following their passion lead lives of satisfaction and happiness. The rest are just trolling around. Passionate people care so deeply about about what they do. They are in love with who they are; beings of infinite potential, bodies of eternal possibilities, spirits of utter genius.

Passion isn’t a particular thing that you do. It isn’t an activity you enjoy. It is the understanding of who you are that makes you fall in love with the world and ALL that is in it. That makes you fall in love with the idea of creating things because you love creating things. It is the ability to do more than one thing that defines GREATNESS, that whispers GENIUS.

Passion is the million of atoms that make you up and your world. Passion is the thousand faces walking down the street and smiling faces in a park. It is sadness, frustration, doubts, decisions, humility, kindness, love, passionate kissing and intense sex. It is faithful chastity, utter service, vibrating bodies in a club, loving father/mother, committed husband/wife, start-ups, huge lifeless corporations, winning, losing. Passion is the understanding that you are responsible for filling the world with utter awesomeness, beauty, light.
