I agree with pretty much all of these.

I think one big intersecting trends you’ve missed is the rise of virtual reality. With most work conducted in virtual space (the same way that most work now is on mobile, desktop and web) and with almost free delivery, I think we’ll eventually see the death of “going to the office” and all the transport of people that entails. Workers will get together in temporary rented space as an occasional luxury and team-building exercise.
