Being yourself also a fellow mate at Hyper Island, I think you DO have that answer. But for the sake of feeling any gap the post opens I will tell you what I think. What make us so ready to embrace the change and lead is Hyper Island culture. Just in a culture where failing is celebrated that is possible. It’s OK to fail here. We know it’s all in the process. We have tools that help us seize that moment of unsuccessful resolutions. Like reflection and feedback exercises, just to mention a couple.
