I have been looking for reasons to justify what the officer did because I believe that police deserve every possible benefit of the doubt. Until I am willing to put a giant target on my back (and front), which is what a police uniform and badge is, and go out risking my life to protect the public. Doing this in the current environment in which every black person within two miles of any officer involved shooting will be quickly told (and happily perjure himself in open court by repeating — under oath) the “official street version” of the incident where the innocent black honor student (never mind his long criminal record and the fact that he had just committed robbery) was on his knees begging for his life while the white cop stood over him and made a five-minute speech — at the top of his lungs — about how he had been praying for the chance to kill him a n***er and then pumped bullets into the innocent black child (never mind that he was 27) with one hand while massaging his visible erection with the other. Until I’m willing to do that myself I’ll bend over backwards to support the people who are. But in this case I’m having a hard time doing so. I mean if the woman had disobeyed repeated commands to not approach the cruiser then the cop would have a valid legal defense (although it wouldn’t and shouldn’t stop him from being fired from the police force). But that isn’t what happened. What happened is that his city’s government wanted to virtue signal by hiring a black + Muslim + immigrant (if only he had been LGBT it would have been a true grand slam) so they ignored the fact that he was unqualified by temperament for the job. That he was nervous and panicky and had wretched people skills and that he came from a culture which was murderously hostile to the values that he was supposed to uphold and defend as an American law enforcement officer. So when this man saw an infidel woman, who was obviously a whore because she was outside unescorted with her head uncovered and wearing “lingerie” (pajamas) after he had just been frightened by hearing a loud noise he opened fire. And now he must face the indignity of being accused and investigated when in a nation properly under sharia law he would quite properly be praised.
